Section specifying 3 areas for improving student learning that can be accomplished while engaging families and/or the community in reaching the goals selected, whether conducted in or out of school. Point out how the plan specified engages diverse families in the effort, including their values, biases and identity. Provide a justification for selection of each of those areas identified for improvement of the school. Connect your reasoning for selection of each of the 3 areas to research AND to the school document(s) that indicated a need for each area listed. Note strategies to use to collaborate with families to meet student needs AND include a timeline for implementation. (NELP 5.1)
